The two day thanksgiving dinner

It took me two days to prepare this dinner for my family. Thank God, Jen gave me recipes for most of it, and the rest was played by ear. Minus the cinnamon ice cream, everything was made and they loved it! What a relief! I really thought it would turn out to be a disaster, but thankful they all enjoyed it. The stuffing was surprisingly a big hit...think I'll keep that recipe for next year.

family trip to San Diego

first time ever seeing Cabrillo National Monument. It was a different taste of san diego and it was beautiful. I loved being able to walk around with my family and share good food together.
